# A proven product that people could finally find.

Luv2Move brings the Genny, a self balancing electric wheelchair you steer by leaning, to the Nordics, and has done since 2004. The product was never the problem. Almost nobody could find it, because the old website was invisible to the way people search now. We rebuilt it to be found, and kept the look customers already knew.

First, what they bring to the Nordics

## The Genny. A wheelchair you steer by leaning.

_Figure: The Genny, a self balancing electric wheelchair that stays level on two wheels while the rider leans to steer_

Luv2Move brings the Genny to the Nordics. Instead of a joystick, you steer it by leaning, a little like leaning to guide a bike, so your hands stay free. It balances itself on two wheels and stays level on its own.

That means it goes where an ordinary wheelchair cannot. A smooth floor indoors, then gravel, grass, a forest path or a beach outside. Luv2Move has fitted and looked after them across the Nordics since 2004, and is now the largest place for them in northern Europe.

Balances itself on two wheels
Goes where a normal chair cannot
Up to about 40 km on a charge

People who buy one trust it completely. The only trouble was simple. Fewer and fewer of the people who needed one could actually find them.

The problem

## A great product that search had stopped showing.

The old website was built inside a closed system that a person could use, but a computer could barely read. It looked fine on screen. Underneath, to Google and to an AI assistant, it was close to blank.

When someone searched, before

### A competitor came up instead.

Search could not make sense of the old site, so it showed someone else. Twenty years of knowledge, missed at the exact moment it mattered.

When someone searches now

### Luv2Move is the answer.

The same trusted product, finally showing up for the people who are looking for exactly what it does.

The result

## The same product, now the one that comes up.

Luv2Move is findable again. By a person typing into Google, and by an assistant answering the question, where can I get a self balancing wheelchair in the Nordics. Same trusted product, finally in front of the people looking for it.

> “A rival kept coming up instead of us. Rebuilt to be read, we're the one an assistant recommends now.”

L2**Luv2Move**Mobility specialist, the Nordics

Named first, for real

## Ask ChatGPT for an active wheelchair in Stockholm. Luv2Move comes first.

Not a mock-up. A real answer from ChatGPT, asked for the top active-wheelchair seller in Stockholm — Luv2Move is number one, named ahead of established manufacturers.

Asked in ChatGPT

“Who’s the top active wheelchair seller in Stockholm?”

1

Luv2Move

Specialist in active power wheelchairs · Sandavägen 2, Upplands Väsby · named first of the suppliers to check in Stockholm.

Answers vary by session — but this is the name it puts first, because the site is written for an assistant to read and trust.

What a customer sees now

## The search that used to turn up nothing.

?“Is there a wheelchair you steer by leaning, that I can get in Sweden?”

AIYes. The **Genny** is a stand up mobility device you steer by shifting your weight, and **Luv2Move** supplies and supports it across the Nordics.

For years a search like this turned up nothing useful. The product existed and was loved. It simply could not be found. Now it is the answer.

Could this be your business?

## The same gap, for other specialists.

Luv2Move sells a special product to the people who really need it, and search had quietly stopped showing it. Any specialist with a product worth seeking out can sit in the same spot.

A specialist bike shop“Where can I try a recumbent trike near me?”

A niche worth travelling for, but invisible to a machine that cannot read the range. **The keen customer never hears the name.**

A mobility aids seller“A stair climbing wheelchair, sold in my country?”

Made readable, an assistant can match the exact need to the exact product, and send the right person to the right shop.

A niche importer“Who brings this rare product into the Nordics?”

Readable and clearly described, so an assistant answers with **this importer by name.** Exactly what changed for Luv2Move.

The questions people ask

## The questions Luv2Move asked us too.

The Genny was always good. Why did it need this?

Being good and being findable are two different things. The product never changed. What changed is that a machine can now read what it is and who sells it, so the people looking for it are finally sent to it.

Was the old website broken?

No, it was a fine website for a person. The gap was that a machine could not make plain sense of it, so as people began asking assistants instead of searching, the Genny slipped out of the answers.

Could a niche product like mine be found this way?

That is exactly where this helps most. The rarer and more specific your product, the more a customer leans on an assistant to find it, and the more being readable is worth to you.

Did you change the pages customers buy from?

No. Buyers see the same website. Nothing about the shopping experience changed.
